Troubleshooting

FHD492-XV and FHD552-XV User Manual

The following topics cover common issues and their solutions. If you cannot resolve your issue, contact
Christie Technical Support.

No picture is appearing on the display.

Possible root causes include:



The power cord is disconnected.



The main power switch on the back of the display is not switched on.



The selected input has no connection.



The display is in standby mode.

Plug in the power cord.

Make sure the power is switched on.

Connect a signal connection to the display.

Interference is appearing on the display or an audible noise is heard.

This issue is caused by surrounding electrical appliances or fluorescent lights.

Move the display to another location to see if the interference or noise is reduced.

Color on the display is abnormal.

This issue is caused if the signal cable is not connected properly.
