Section 2: Installation and Setup

Optical Mirror Adjustment Examples

The following examples illustrate what areas of the optical mirror to adjust, to achieve the desired image. In 
general, try correcting the corner(s) of the image first, then the edges. In some cases, the adjustment of one 
screw in one direction will give the mirror a little more play in the other direction.
All thumbscrews except the D1 thumbscrew (shown in 

Figure 2-26

) pull the mirror away from the screen 

when rotated clockwise. When rotated counterclockwise the mirror is pushed towards the screen. D1 operates 
in the reverse.
