Error messages:
In case of anomaly, one of the following error messages may be dis-
played:

ERR 1
Unstable weight measurement on B1,during
tare or grain weighing (number of valid
measurements < 7/10)
Mechanical vibrations, or problem on main
electronic board.

ERR 2
Unstable weight measurement on B2,during
tare or grain weighing (number of valid
measurements < 7/10)
ERR 3
Unstable weight measurement on B3,during
tare or grain weighing (number of valid
measurements < 7/10)
ERR 4 The debearder inlet trap door is not controlled Motor connections problem, motor control
problem, motor problem.

Contact your Chopin agent.
ERR 5 The debearder outlet trap door is not controlled
ERR 6
A problem could occur between phases 22 and
26; no sufficient weight loss (more than 10gr.),
B1 trap door is not controlled, or some grain is
jammed in B1 (more than 10gr.) Grain moisture too high, trap door position
sensor problem, motor connections problem,
motor control problem, motor problem.

Change the sample, restart the apparatus.
ERR 7 The B2/B3 trap door is not controlled
Motor connections problem, motor control
problem, motor problem.

Contact your chopin agent.
ERR 8
Blower control problem, or motor does not
work. - Inductive sensor problem (adjustment, con-
nection), motor connections problem, motor
control problem, motor problem.

Contact your Chopin agent.
- Sieves jammed (ERR 9).

Check the sieves.

Sieve drive control problem, or sieve motor
does not work
ERR 10 230V not present on "MOT" board

ERR 11 Blower motor does not stop
Motor control problem.

ERR 12 Sieve drive motor does not stop
ERR 13
Problem during results phase on weight B1;
B1<100gr. or B1> 1500gr.
Too less or too much grain, friction problem on
B1 hopper, B1 not properly calibrated, B1
weight sensor problem, electronic problem on
main board.

Make another test with a 1 to 1.2 litre sam-
ple.
ERR 14
Problem during results phase on weight B2;

B2 > B1.
No impurities/broken grain (possibly wrong
sieve), friction problem on B2 or B1 hopper,B2
or B1 not properly calibrated, B2 or B1 weight
sensor problem, electronic problem on main
board.

Check the sieves, recalibrate B2.
ERR 15
Problem during results phase on weight B3;

B3 > B1.
No good grain/impurities (possibly wrong
sieve), friction problem on B3 or B1 hopper, B3
or B1 not properly calibrated, B3 or B1weight
sensor problem, electronic problem on main
board.

Check the sieves, recalibrate B3.
