5.2.4

Air receiver

The air receiver is tested according to official standards. Regularly have inspections carried out in
conformity with local regulations.

Discard the filter element when damaged.
A dirty safety cartridge (3) is an indication of a malfunctioning filter element.

Replace the filter element and the safety cartridge at the same time. New elements
should be inspected for tears and punctures before installation.

The safety cartridge cannot be cleaned.

Reassemble in reverse order of dismantling.

Inspect and tighten all air intake connections.
