Glow plug indicator lamp

The glow plug indicator illuminates when the ignition is switched ON and goes out

when the glow plug reaches the requisite temperature. Do no crank the engine

when the glow plug indicator is ON to avoid excessive load on battery and to

ensure effective starting.

When the glow plug indicator comes on while driving or the engine cannot be

started properly, you should consult your CHEVROLET retailer to repair the

problem as soon as possible.

CAUTION

Dash panel parking brake V

To set the parking brake, pull the handle as far as possible toward you. To

release, pull the handle slightly toward you, turn the lever counterclockwise, and

then push it all the way forward.

Never drive with the parking brake set as this may overheat or otherwise damage

the parking brake mechanism.
