After pressing on Start, wait until CertoSupport has joined the TeamViewer session.  

 

 

As soon as CertoSupport has joined the session, we will ask your permission to split 
the screen. Press on “Allow”.  

 

 

The CertoSupport service technician is now able to service your autoclave. Please wait 
until the technician has made the required settings to your device. To cancel the screen 
transmission, drag the TeamViewer icon to the X symbol at the bottom of the screen.
