Getting Started with the

FibeAir2000 Manager

Installing the FibeAir2000 Manager Application

Minimum System Requirements

The FibeAir2000 Manager application is distributed on a CD. Operating sys-
tem specific PC resources required by the application are set out in 

Table 4-1

 below:

Requirements common to all systems are:

• Hard disk: 1 GB free space
• Network: 10/100BaseT NIC
• Graphics: 1024x768 screen resolution with 16 bit color
• Microsoft Explorer version 5.01 or later

Installing the Software

Any PC running the FibeAir2000 Manager application can be used to config-
ure a FA4800 link.

¾

To install the FibeAir2000 Manager program:

1. Insert the CD-ROM into your CD-ROM drive. 

The installation starts automatically.
