WATER TEMPERATURE DIFFERENTIAL

Normally the water temperature must fall this many degrees below the
Water Temperature Setpoint before shifting from Idle into Demand mode .
This differential is bypassed if the water temperature is below the Water
Temperature Setpoint and either (a) the firebox door is opened and then
closed, or (b) the controller is turned off and back on .

IDLE PULSE TIMEOUT

The length of time between air pulses while the controller is in Idle .

3

MINIMUM PULSE DURATION

The pulse function will operate for at least this long, even if the Reaction
Chamber temperature is above the temperature from menu #4 - 200˚F
(93˚C) .

IDLE PULSE TEMPERATURE

The idle pulse will continue until the temperature in the Reaction
Chamber is above this temperature . To effectively disable the pulse to
temperature feature, lower this value to its minimum setting . Adjustable
from 100°F to 500°F (37°C to 260°C) .

PRIMARY AIR STARTUP PERCENTAGE (IN LOW/MEDIUM DEMAND)

Primary air opening during Demand mode when Reaction Chamber is
below 750°F (399°C) . To increase the amount of primary air during the
beginning of the Demand cycle, raise this value accordingly . Adjustable
from 0-100% .

SECONDARY AIR (IN HIGH DEMAND) PERCENTAGE

Secondary air fully open position during High Demand when Reaction
Chamber rises to 750°F (399°C) . Adjustable from 0-100% .
NOTE: Below 750°F (399°C), secondary air is tapered based on the
temperature in the Reaction Chamber . When required, set secondary Air
Gap calibration using this value .

PRIMARY AIR PERCENTAGE (IN HIGH DEMAND, IDLE PULSE AND
IGNITION AIR)

Primary Air opening (as a percent of fully open) after Reaction Chamber
has reached 750°F (399°C) . This opening is also used during Idle Pulse
and Ignition Air . When required, set primary Air Gap calibration using this
value . Adjustable from 0-100% .
