The basic set-up is now complete and
the arms and speedbar arms can be
bolted in place.
Motor
Due to the variety of systems available
on the market, we cannot describe in
detail how to set the ESC, the telemetry
or the BEC voltage, so we refer to the
manuals of the respective manufactu-
rers.
Basically, however, it is advisable to use
a soft motor brake that stops the propel-
ler immediately in an emergency, or at
least slows it down considerably, but on
the other hand does not bite too hard,
in order not to generate unnecessary
torques that bring a certain disturbance
into the flight.
When using a hand-held transmitter, it
also makes sense to use a motor cut-off
switch.

Motor
Die Einstellung des Reglers, der Teleme-
trie oder BEC Spannung kann auf Grund
der Vielfältigkeit der sich am Markt
befindlichen Systeme von uns nicht
detailliert beschrieben werden, weshalb
wir auf die Handbücher der jeweiligen
Hersteller verweisen.
Grundsätzlich ist es aber ratsam eine
weiche Motorbremse zu verwenden, die
den Propeller im Notfall sofort anhält,
oder zumindest deutlich herunterbremst,
aber andererseits nicht zu hart zubeißt,
um keine unnötigen Drehmomente zu
erzeugen, welche eine gewisse Unruhe in
den Flug bringen.
Bei Verwendung eines Handsenders
ist auch die Verwendung eines Motor-
schutzschalters sinnvoll.
