SYSTEM DESCRIPTION
2.1
Composition
The Cebora ROBOT Welding System is a
equipments system developed for use in
combination with a Welding Robot arm on
automated welding systems.
It is made up of a Power Source, eventually
equipped with a Cooling Unit, a Wire Feeder, a
Control Panel and a Robot Interface (fig. 2).

This manual
This Instruction Manual refers to the Robot
Analog Interface RAI448 and has been prepared
in order to instruct the staff assigned to the
installation, the operation and the maintenance of
the Welding System.
It must be conserved with care in a famous place
to the several one interested, it have to be
consulted every time are doubts, employee for
the replacement parts request and will have to
follow all the operating life of the machine.
At the manual end is brought back the mapping
of the signals used with the analog interface
RAI448, when inserted in MIG or TIG
installations.
The description of such signals is available in
the following manuals, supplied with the
Power Sources:
MIG: cod. 3.301.099
TIG: cod. 3.301.084
WARNING ! Operating the equipment
incorrectly and work that is not carried out
correctly can cause serious injury and
damage.
