The taring process can be repeated any number of times, e.g. when adding several components for a
mixture (adding).
The limit is reached when the total weight reaching full capacity of the scale. After removing the tare
vessel, the total weight is displayed as negative reading.
After finishing the weighing process, press the
SET/TARE
key again, the scale display goes back to
zero.
3. Pre-Tare Function
Using this function the weight of a tare vessel can be stored.
This value also remains saved if the scale meanwhile has been switched off and switched on again.
Turn on scale using the
ON/OFF
key and wait for the zero display.
Put tare vessel on the platform. Press the
UNIT/COUNT
key until scale displays "5 PCS".
P
ress the
UNIT/COUNT
key 6 times until "PtArE" flashes on the display. By actuating the
SET/TARE
key, the
current weight on the platform is saved as Pre-Tare weight.
To switch off this function, unload the platform. Press
ZERO
key if display is not showing zero. Press
the
UNIT/COUNT
key until scale displays "5 PCS".
P
ress the
UNIT/COUNT
key 6 times until "PtArE"
flashes on the display. Press the
SET/TARE
key, the stored Pre-Tare weight is deleted.
4. Target Weighing
This function can be used for unit weight control, fabrication control etc...
Turn on scale using the
ON/OFF
key and wait for the zero display.
Put the target weight on the platform and tare to zero by pressing the
ZERO
key. Remove the target
weight.
Put the test objects subsequently on the platform, the respective deviation from the target weight is
displayed with the sign "+" or "-".
According to the same procedure, packages with the same weight can be produced with referencing to
a target weight.
Back to weighing mode by pressing the
ZERO
key.

Counting Mode
Turn on scale using the
ON/OFF
key and wait for the zero display.
Press the
UNIT/COUNT
key until scale displays "5 PCS". By pressing the
UNIT/COUNT
key several
times, more reference quantities 10, 20, 25 and 50 can be called up.
Place the same number of pieces to be counted on the platform as the reference quantity.
Confirm with
SET/TARE
key.
The scale is now in counting mode, counting all units on the platform.
Important:
The larger the reference quantity, the more accurate the count.
By pressing the
UNIT/COUNT
key the scale returns to the weighing mode and displays the weight of
the counted units.
Note:
If the weight is less than the 10 g, the display appears "Er 1". Use UNIT/COUNT key to return to
weighing mode.
Note:
Tare vessels can also be used for piece counting. Pre-tare the weight of the tare vessel prior to
piece counting.
