The user can be prompted automatically to attach a voice memo at the end of a
recording.

Scroll the available options using the

Down Arrow

keys ensuring Save is selected

and press the

key.

Press the

key to start a Voice Memo recording or

Soft Key 2

labelled

Skip

to save

the data recording without creating a voice memo.

Press the

key to stop the Voice Memo recording and save the data recording.

Whilst recording a Voice Memo, the Voice Memo icon will flash. Any data
recording with a Voice Memo audio file displays the Voice Memo icon.

Multiple Voice Memo audio files can be attached to a data file if required.
