Operating Instructions
After each sealing session and before operating, check to make sure the unit and all accessories that
will come in contact with the foodstuff (canisters, lids, jars, etc.) are thoroughly clean. Follow the
cleaning instructions under section description.
Removing the vacuum chamber
1. Shift the lever (13.) as shown in Figure 2 (pull the red lever to the left). Lift the left end of the
vacuum chamber and take it out completely (Figure 3).
2. To re-seat the vacuum chamber, place the right end into the right side of the recess (Figure 4).
Make sure the suction nozzle (A) matches the corresponding hole on the chamber and that the
chamber positioning tongue (B) is placed in its seat (Figure 5).
3. Press the left end into the recess until the lever (13.) clicks (Figure 6).
4. Make sure that the chamber is firmly fixed and that the red lever is in the starting position again.
