1. Complete cycle for bag rolls
a. Separate the bag from the roll.
b. Seal one open side of the bag.
c. Place the food in the bag.
d. Suck the air out of the bag.
e. Seal the other side of the bag.

2. Complete cycle for a single bag
b. Take the bag out of the package.
c. Place the food in the bag.
d. Suck the air out of the bag.
e. Seal the open side of the bag.

3. Complete cycle for a container
b. Place the food in the container.
c. Fix the lid and the attachement on the container.
d. Suck the air out of the container.
e. Close the valve (if available).

Overheating Protection
There are three types of sealing cycles for: bags in rolls; single bags; and containers/accessories
(see point 19). This appliance is equipped with a safety device which prevents the bag or container
from sealing in case the unit overheats. The automatic thermal protection system will be triggered in
the following cases:
•
Extreme ambient conditions (i.e. 35°C/95°F and excess voltage of 10%).
•
Cycles other than those three described above.
•
When the required 2-minute interval is not observed.
If the thermal protection system is triggered, wait up to 30 minutes until the unit has cooled down and
the protection system is operable again before starting again.
