TESTING WIRING HARNESS AT THE EDC RELAY #

EDC RELAY POWER SUPPLY
Turn key switch “ON”, the EDC relay #
If relay does not turn “ON”
- Check EDC relay # 6 circuit.
- Check ignition cab power relay
6 should turn “ON”.
circuit (located on fire wall).

Keyed power from ignition cab power relay.
85 Chassis ground
30 12 volt supply from fuse number 7.
87 Terminal 87 of the EDC relay supplies 12 volt power to the following:
- To pin number 14 of the 16 pin connector.
- To terminal 30 of the hitch enable relay.
- To terminal 5 of the up/down switch
- To terminal 30 of the hitch enable relay.
- To terminal “A” of the fender mounted hitch control switches.
HITCH ENABLE RELAY (Located below PTO switch or handle)
