7 - MAINTENANCE
Front axle reduction gear oil change
1. Slightly raise the front part of the machine with the
loader attachment, until the front wheels are no longer
in contact with the ground and place a suitable support
under the front axle.
2. Manually position the wheel until the hole of the plug
(1) is in the lowest possible position.
3. Place a container with suitable capacity under the plug
(1) .
4. Unscrew and remove the plug (1) .
5. Wait for the oil to come out of the reduction gear through
the hole of the plug (1) .

6. Manually position the wheel until the hole of the plug
(1) is in horizontal position.
7. Fill with clean oil through the hole of the plug (1) until
the level reaches the hole.
8. Retighten the plug (1) .
9. Repeat the same operations, previously described, for
the other reduction gear.
10. Lower the machine to the ground.

Oil specification and capacities
Use CASE AKCELA TRANSAXLE FLUID 80W-140 (
MAT 3510 ) or an oil meeting the below standard:

SAE 80W-140
NOTE: T
UTELA
T
RANSAXLE FLUID
SAE 80W-140 can also
be used.
Capacities:
• 2WS (each):
1 L ( 0.26 US gal )
• 4WS (each):
1.3 L ( 0.34 US gal )
