Energize the unit and wait

Check the capacitor voltage
with a voltmeter on the DC
scale
Is the voltage above 100V DC

Replace the out-
door mainboard
Check if the reactor wiring is loose
or if the reactor is broke
Replace the reactor or
reconnect the loose wire
