How to install an UWP 3.0 system

Recommendation:
Place the modem where there is good signal strength: this can be checked by connecting to the
UWP
3.0 Tool : at the bottom of the user interface there are 5 bars that indicate the field strength, as shown in
the picture below.
N.B. Since the USB bus used by the dongle modem is the same as the one used by the USB port
on the top of the UWP 3.0, the latter cannot be used if the modem is already connected.
