1. Remove the small front panel (O).
2. Remove the cover plate (P) by turning it to the front.
3. Open the printer cover.
4. Open the printhead (A) by turning the pressure lever (B)
anticlockwise.
5. Remove the outside label mounting plate (C).
6. Load the label roll with inner winding (minimum label height = 15
mm) onto the unwinding roll (D).
7. Attach again the label mounting plate (C).
8. Lead the label material below the label guiding (E) and printhead
(A). Take care that the labels run through the photocell (F).
9. Lift the dispensing whip (H) to the front/bottom by pulling the shaft
at the side (I) to the inside.
10. To move the printhead (A) down, turn the pressure lever (B) in
clockwise direction until it locks.
11. Adjust the limit stops (G) of the label guiding to the width of
material.
12. Strip some labels from the backing paper and lead the paper over
the dispenser ledge (J) and behind the plastic roll (K).
13. Press again the dispensing whip (H) to the top and lock it.
14. Place the backing paper around the shaft (L) and fix it with the
clamp (N) at the rewinding unit (M).
15. Enter the offset value in menu 'Printer Initialisation/Dispenser
offset' (see chapter 8.4, on page 59).
16. Close the printer cover.
