7.4 Scheda seriale per Supervisione e Teleassistenza RS485
Qui a lato è indicata la schedina seriale
PCOSER4850 che permette l’interfacciamento
optoisolato ad una rete RS485 per la trasmissione
dei dati. Il collegamento alle schede si ottiene
posizionando la scheda opzionale nel corrispon-
dente connettore
7.5 Scheda per gestione Modem (RS232)
La scheda per la gestione del modem (cod. PCO-
SERMDM0) è un’opzione che permette l’interfac-
ciamento del pCO con un modem a standard
HAYES. L’unico segnale hardware gestibile è il
“request to send” (RTS) in parallelo al “data termi-
nal ready” (DTR). Il collegamento alla scheda base
si ottiene posizionando la schedina opzionale nel
corrispondente connettore.
I significati dei pin su tale connettore sono i
seguenti:
pin 1 = nc
pin 2 = RX
pin 3 = TX
pin 4 = DTR
pin 5 = GND (Frame)
pin 6 = nc
pin 7 = RTS
pin 8 = nc
pin 9 = nc
La connessione al modem si ottiene tramite il connettore a vaschetta
maschio 9 poli presente sulla schedina.
7.4 RS485 serial card for Supervisory and Telemaintenance
networks
The figure shows the PCOSER4850 serial
card which allows optically-insulated interface
to an RS485 network for the transmission of
data. Connection to the boards is made by
positioning the optional card in the correspon-
ding connector.
7.5 Modem interface (RS232)
The modem interface card (code PCO-
SERMDM0) is an optional card which allows
the pCO to be interfaced with a HAYES stan-
dard modem. The only hardware signal to be
managed is the “request to send” (RTS), in
parallel to “data terminal ready” (DTR).
Connection to the main board is made by
positioning the optional card in the correspon-
ding connector.
The pins on the relative connector have the
following functions:
pin 1 = nc
pin 2 = RX
pin 3 = TX
pin 4 = DTR
pin 5 = GND (Frame)
pin 6 = nc
pin 7 = RTS
pin 8 = nc
pin 9 = nc
Connection to the modem is made using the 9-pin male connector on
the card.
