Allows the user to configure the time before Stage
1 (Comp/Water On) and the Purge time for the
Compressor (Comp Off Del).

This sets the clean-out cycle for the atomizing heads.
When enabled, whenever the system runs for more
than the Time ON, it will shut down for Time OFF to
allow the heads to automatically clean themselves.
This feature is not needed with demineralized water
and may be disabled.
