Pc-aansluiting

De BabyCO-meter kan worden aangesloten op de seriële poort van

een pc waarop COBRA-software (CO Breath Analysis) staat.

Met deze software kunnen de metingen worden gelezen door een pc en

automatisch worden ingevoerd in een voorgedefinieerd rapport om

vervolgens af te drukken en als bestand op te slaan. Hiermee kunnen

ook de indicators van het CO-niveau en de afteltimer voor het inhouden

van de adem worden aangepast aan individuele vereisten.

Opmerking:

De BabyCO mag enkel worden aangesloten op een

computer die is gefabriceerd volgens EN 60601-1.

Opmerking:

Houd de pc te allen tijde buiten bereik van de patiënt.

Kalibratie

De kalibratie blijft stabiel tot onder 2% gedurende één maand en tot

onder 10% gedurende 6 maanden. CareFusion levert kalibratiegas

(20 ppm CO in lucht) en raadt aan om de eenheid elke 6 maanden

te herkalibreren. Zie pagina 173 voor kalibratie-accessoires.

Het gas wordt geleverd in handige, aluminium wegwerp-

aerosolbussen (cat. nr. 36-MCG020).

Om de kalibratie uit te voeren, zoekt u de kalibratieschakelaar

rechts op het instrument, zoals hieronder aangegeven.
