Belangrijke opmerking:
Alvorens een meting te herhalen, moet de eenheid worden
uitgeschakeld en het mondstuk en de adapter worden
verwijderd gedurende minstens 1 minuut. Hierdoor kan de
herkalibratie met omgevingslucht worden uitgevoerd en kan
het oppervlak van de sensor drogen. Kijk of al het vocht is
verdampt van het oppervlak van de sensor alvorens opnieuw
te gebruiken.
Als de eenheid te snel opnieuw wordt ingeschakeld na
gebruik, kan er een reactie zijn op resterend uitgeademd
koolmonoxide van de vorige test.

In dit geval geeft het scherm het volgende weer:

Als dit wordt weergegeven, schakel de eenheid dan uit, verwijder

de mondstukadapter en laat deze gedurende 2 minuten in contact

komen met omgevingslucht alvorens de test te herhalen.

Opmerking:

Als deze waarschuwing opnieuw verschijnt nadat de

bovenstaande procedure is gevolgd, schakel de eenheid dan uit

en laat de sensor nog eens 3 minuten blootgesteld liggen aan

omgevingslucht. Als hetzelfde bericht opnieuw verschijnt, geeft dit

een mogelijke verontreiniging van de sensor door een solvent aan.

Verwijder in dit geval alle bronnen van solvent uit de buurt van

de sensor en laat blootgesteld aan omgevingslucht gedurende

24 uur alvorens opnieuw in te schakelen.
