Description
Possible Fault
Suggested Action
Air source has become
disconnected, tank has
run out, or the hose/
fittings are leaking
excessively
Follow on-screen
commands and reconnect
air source, replace tank, or
fix leak. The driver will
automatically resume
oxygen blending to the
original FiO
2
setting when
the Air source has been
replenished or the leak is
resolved.
Clogged inlet filter
screen
Remove from service and
perform PM service to inlet
filter screens
Indicates that the Air
source pressure has
dropped below the
specified minimum of 41
psig. User may opt to
remove the device from
service or select OXYGEN
ONLY mode (FiO
2
will go
to 100%)
Faulty inlet pressure
sensor
Remove device from
service and service/repair
the Manifold Assembly
Air source pressure
exceeds the maximum
specified
Fix Air source pressure
and/or regulate the inlet
pressure between
41 – 66 psig
Indicates that the Air
source pressure has
exceeded the specified
maximum of 66 psig. User
may opt to remove the
device from service or
select OXYGEN ONLY
mode (FiO

will go to
100%)
