ERROR MESSAGES
In case of an error, the system will show the following
error messages on the screen:
Communication errors:
The receiver and the rotation unit are not
communicating anymore. Check the connection
between the Control unit CU and the external unit.
After displaying the error message for a few seconds,
the system will automatically show:
Check that the control cable is correctly inserted
into the control unit and that the related connector
is fully pushed into the proper socket. Restore the
connection, switch the system off and on again: if the
message remains, contact a service centre.
overload errors:
A malfunction occurred in the system so that it
created an anomalous power absorption. Check that
the parabolic antenna has not hit an obstacle (e.g.
a branch, snow or ice) and that it can move freely.
Check that the power supply voltage is correct. Switch
the system off and on again: if the message remains,
contact a service centre.
Temperature error:
The motor temperature is too high because the
external temperature is too high (e.g. strong
sunlight on the external unit) or because of a motor
malfunction. the control unit isn’t allowing the motor
to move. Switch the system off and let the external unit
cool down. Once the system is switched on again, if
the message remains, contact a service centre.
Voltage error:
the control unit is not receiving sufficient power supply
voltage (i.e. the battery voltage is below the minimum
value) for the system to run properly. Check that the
primary power supply voltage is compliant with the
specifications. Switch the system off and on again: if
the message remains, contact a service centre.
