Repairs
Equipment for repair must be returned to the above address in the
original shipping carton. RMA (returned material authorization) num-
ber and error description must be included. After receipt of the equip-
ment for repair we will send you a cost estimate (for repairs after the
warranty period).
To obtain an RMA Number, please contact Richardson Electronics
GmbH, indicating the model and serial number(s), date of purchase
and problem in detail. For model and serial numbers, refer to the
nameplate of the device.
When returning the display, please enclose a short description of the
problem and write the RMA number on the outside of the shipping car-
ton.
Disposal
For the disposal of your flat-panel
display, please observe the applicable
local regulations.
