Service Call Display
In Case of LBP5910/5910F
When a problem has occurred and the printer does not work properly, the following
service call appears.

Turn the printer OFF, wait for 10 seconds or longer, and then
turn it ON again.
If the message does not reappear, the printer can be used as it is. If the message
still appears, proceed to Step 2.

contact your local authorized Canon dealer.

Follow the instructions 2 or later, and contact
your local authorized Canon dealer.

occurred while the
printer is processing
print data.
Cycle the power of the printer using the
