5.3.2.28 Setting of Pressless Mode

Execute this adjustment to eliminate paper wrinkle.

Adjusting method is as follows:

1) Turn ON the power of the finisher.

2) Turn ON the power switch of the host machine to be on standby.

3) Open the front door and put the door switch tool into the door switch [1].

4) Remove the screw [2] to remove the switch cover [1].

5) Set DIP SW382 [1] on the switch PCB as shown in the figure below.

6) Press switch SW385 [1] so that this adjustment is ready now.

7) Press push switch SW384 [1] to execute setting.

- 0: normal

- 1: no press (when using thin paper)

- 2: not used

- 3: no intermittent feeding

8) Press switch SW385 [1] again to complete this adjustment.
