Memory card cover i s open
- The memory card cover wa s opened while the memory card wa s
being acce ss ed. S top the Wi-Fi function in u s e and end the Wi-Fi
connection.
Multiple acce ss point s detected. Try the operation again.
- There are multiple acce ss point s s ending out a WP S s ignal at the
s ame time. Try the operation again later or perform s etup u s ing the
[WP S : PIN Code] or [ S earch for Acce ss Point s ] option (

No acce ss point s found
- The acce ss point s et in the camcorder could not be found.
- To avoid interference, u s e the camcorder at s ome di s tance from
device s that emit electromagnetic wave s (cordle ss phone s , micro-
wave oven s , etc.).
- Ma k e s ure that you u s e the acce ss point’ s SS ID for the cam-
corder’ s Wi-Fi s etting s (

- If the acce ss point i s u s ing MAC addre ss filtering, enter the cam-
corder’ s MAC addre ss in the acce ss point’ s configuration s creen.
The acce ss point i s not compatible with UPnP
- An acce ss point compatible with UPnP (Univer s al Plug and Play)
wa s not found in the connected networ k . You mu s t u s e an acce ss
point compatible with UPnP. If your acce ss point i s compatible,
ma k e s ure UPnP i s activated.
Unable to acce ss configuration file s
- Turn off the camcorder. After a s hort while, turn it on again. If the
problem per s i s t s contact a Canon S ervice Center.
