Flow of Mail Box Operations

Basic Use of the Mail Bo

x Function

Select the desired mail box number.

If the desired mail box is not displayed, press “

▲

” or “

▼

.”

If you enter the mail box number using

(numeric keys), press “OK” after entering

the mail box number.

If you make a mistake when entering values, press “Done,” and enter the correct value.

NOTE

•

If a document is stored in a mail box, that mail box is displayed with the

icon.

•

If a mail box is set with a password, a locked mark

is displayed next to the icon of that

mail box.

•

If you make a mistake when selecting a mail box, press “Done.”

Enter the password, and press “OK.”

Enter the password set when the mail box was stored. (See ‘Setting/ Storing the Mail Box,’
on p. 4-3.)

If a password was not stored, this operation is not necessary.
