Erasing a Document from a Mail Box

With this function you can erase a document stored in a mail box.

Select the mail box number and document you want to erase, and
press “Erase.”

When you select a mail box set with a password, enter the password after selecting the
mail box, and press “OK.”

If you press “Select All,” you can select all documents in a mail box. (The key changes to
“Clear Selection.”)

Press “Yes.”

If you do not want to erase the document, press “No.”
