Checking the Document’s Detailed Information

With this function you can check the detailed information of documents stored in a mail box.

Select the desired mail box number and document, and press
“Details.”

When you select a mail box set with a password, enter the password after selecting the
mail box, and press “OK.”

NOTE
•

When you select multiple documents, and press “Details,” only the details of the selected
(highlighted) document are displayed.

Check the detailed information, and press “Done.”

Repeat this procedure.

The display returns to the Mail Box Selection screen.
