Press the Address Book drop-down list

select one of the

Address Books numbered 1 to 10.

Address Books 1 to 10 are used to divide the Address Book into 10 parts, called
subaddress books. This is a convenient way to classify addresses.

The I-Fax address is stored in the subaddress book (Address Book 1 to 10)
selected here.

Press the Mode drop-down list

➞

select [Simple] or [Full].

In order to send documents in the Full mode, the recipient’s machine must be
compatible with the Full mode to receive the documents. If you send documents
in the Full mode, you can confirm that the recipient’s machine received the I-Fax
documents.

[Simple]: Sends scanned data as an image using Internet.

[Full]: In addition to the sending functions of Simple mode, confirms whether

data was sent.
