Installing the Software

Important

Connect the IEEE1394 cable to the IEEE1394 port on the back of the
printer then to the IEEE1394 port on the Macintosh.

With a connector aligned correctly, push it all the way in to connect it
securely.

Printer back Computer

For the IEEE 1394 interface cable, use an IEEE 1394 Ver. 2.0 standard cable with a
6-pin connector.

For the W7250, the optional IEEE 1394 expansion board must be installed first.

Network Connection

Use a LAN cable to connect the LAN port of the printer to the HUB
port.

Push in the connector until you hear it catch.

Printer back HUB

Use a LAN cable to connect the LAN port of the Macintosh to the
HUB port.
