detection sensorwon't respond. 1. Close spectrophotometer cover.
2. Replace cover sensor.
3. Replace the spectrophotometer unit

Please press OK and execute
color measuring again. When executing color measuring, the
spectrophotometer sensor returned a value
other than predetermined value was
returned. 1. Operate paper feed adjustment.
2. Change the patch size to large.
3. Printer support (In case of printing
failure).
4. Replace spectrophotometer sensor

HDD. 1. Restart in service mode.
2. Remove and install HDD
3. Replace HDD. Switch on service
mode after the replacement.

The HDD and the HDD controller are not
indefinable. 1. Restart in service mode.
2. Remove and install HDD
3. Replace HDD. Switch on service4.
