Procedure for Clearing the Counter of the Secondary Transfer
Outer Roller / Fixing Refresh Roller
NOTE:
• When clearing the counter of the Secondary Transfer Outer Roller, perform 1-1.
• When clearing the counter of the Fixing Refresh Roller, perform 1-2.
1-1) In the Warning or Replaceable Parts screen, select [Secondary Transfer Outer Roller],
and press [Counter Operation].
1-2) In the Warning or Cleanable Parts screen, select [Fixing Refresh Roller], and press
[Counter Operation].

-> The confirmation screen for clearing the counter will appear.
2) Press [Yes].
-> The count clear completion screen will appear.
Count clear can be executed whether in the Replacement/Cleaning mode or not. If executing
count clear in the Replacement/Cleaning mode, the message will be shown on the screen to
confirm Replacement/Cleaning mode termination after clear.
