Settings for All User Inboxes
You can set the time until documents in all of the user inboxes are erased automatically, as well
as whether to print upon storing the documents in an inbox from the printer driver.
IMPORTANT
•
If these settings have been previously specified for individual user inboxes, the settings set in [Settings
for All User Inboxes] are given priority, regardless of password settings for each user inbox.
•
If settings for individual user inboxes are changed after specifying settings in [Settings for All User
Inboxes], the settings for each individual user inbox are given priority.
Setting the Time Until Documents Are Automatically
Erased
You can specify the time until the documents stored in user inboxes are automatically erased.

[Settings for All User Inboxes]
➞
[Time until Document Auto Erase].

Press [-] or [+] to set the time until the documents are automatically
erased
➞
press [OK].
