Installation Procedure

Installing the DADF

1) Remove packing materials and tapes from the DADF unit.

NOTE:

weight of the DADF is about 7.9 kg.

2) Peel off 2 pieces of face sticker (The face sticker which peel off is

unnecessary).

Remove the 2 screws (The screw which removed is unnecessary).

4) Affix 2 pieces of the face stickers over the hinge holes.

5) Fix the 2 stepped screws (M5X6).

6) Engage the hinges of the DADF with the stepped screws from behind and slide them toward the front of the host

machine.

CAUTION:

When holding the DADF, be careful
not to touch the platen roller.
