Have you upgraded Windows 98/Me/2000 to Windows XP/Server 2003 without 
removing the software?

A

Remove the software (see "Uninstalling and Reinstalling the Software," on p. 
1-21), then reinstall it. (See  "Installing Software on Your Computer," on p. 1-4.)

In [Device Manager], green mark “?” is displayed (Windows Me).

Is green mark "?" displayed on [USB Composite Device] in [USB (Universal 
Serial Bus) Controller] in [Device Manager] in Windows Me?
