Using the Macintosh Printer Driver

Executing Special Functions

■

Changing the Print Quality/Halftoning

When your printouts are not satisfactory, the printer driver allows you to make fine
adjustments to the print quality and halftoning settings. If there is a problem in the image
data you wish to print, changes to the print quality and halftoning settings may not be visible
or effective.

Adjusting the print quality

When you wish to specify detailed Print Quality and Halftoning, select the

icon in Print

Mode.

Open the Print dialog box.

Normally, select Print from the File menu.

Select the

icon in Print Mode.

Click the

Details...

button.

The Quality Panel of the Detailed Setting dialog box is displayed.
