To provide the most accurate and current information, the list of available
items from the imageRUNNER 550/600 Parts Support Program will be
available via Canon On-Line. This allows your dealership to view or
download the most recent imageRUNNER 550/600 Parts Support Program
list. Included on the list will be; Canon part number, description, and repair
pricing for out-of-warranty imageRUNNER 550/600 Network Multi-PDL
Printer Board-F1.
Return of Empty Toner Cartridge
Canon U.S.A. Inc. has made provisions for the dealer or the end-user to
return empty imageRUNNER 550/600 (GPR-1) toner cartridges. Simply
place the three (3) empty cartridges back in the original box, with the
return label on the outer flap, and return to Canon. Please do not return
any cartridges other than the GPR-1 toner cartridge in this box.
