To help dealers hold down their cost of service Canon U.S.A., Inc. has
assembled a “Parts Support Program." The dealer wholesale purchase
price of each Network Multi-PDL Printer Board-F1 includes, at no
additional charge to the dealer, replacement parts for defective parts
found in each such unit for one year following the dealer’s installation of
the unit.
When a replacement part is required, a representative from your
dealership can contact the Warranty Control Section in Lake Success at
1-516-328-5742. The Canon representative will request some essential
information about the service call, as well as the desired shipping method
for the requested part.
Canon U.S.A., Inc. will provide standard delivery service at no
charge; any requested upgrade in delivery service, will be charged to
your dealership.
The requested part will be shipped on the same day the order was
received, and will be accompanied by an information kit that should be
used when returning the defective part. The defective part, the
information kit, and a service log for the copier should be returned within
30 days, otherwise, your dealership will be charged the dealer cost of the
part. Damaged parts returned due to mishandling at the dealership will be
charged back at “dealer cost”. Examples of mishandling include, but not
limited to, physical damage due to improper storage, inappropriate use of
