THE OVEN : "USE"
• USE THE OVEN WITH THE CONVENTIONAL COOKER
. Turn the selector control knob to the required position :

from 60°C to MAX

The regulator indicator light indicates that the thermostat is working. It goes on and
off regularly during the cooking time. It switches off when the control knob is in the off
position. It switches off when the control knob is in the off position.
• USE THE OVEN WITH THE MULTIFUNCTION COOKER
. Choose cooking method :
Turn the selector control knob to the type of cooking method you require.
. Choose the temperature :
Turn the thermostat control knob to the required temperature. Each cooking
mode has an appropriate temperature. See the following :
from 60°C to MAX
from 60°C to MAX
temperature to Max
from 60°C to 220°C
from 60 °C to 220°C
On CGM 660 SMC model o CGM 660 SMCX model
. Turn the control knob of the circuit-breacker timer
to the hand position or on a programming duration. See page ....

The models CGM 660 SMC and CGM 660 SMCX are fitted with a cooling fan to protect
from the heat the control panel. It starts automatically at the beginning of the cooking and
stops automatically as soon as the oven is stopped.
