of any site, installation and inspection requirements.
All instructions contained within this standard module
installation manual should be followed.
When applying coating materials, workers must follow
applicable health and safety legislation and apply all
respective preventive and proactive measures
described within.
D.5.0: LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Canadian Solar shall not be held responsible for
damages of any kind, including, but not limited to,
bodily harm, injury and damage to property as a result
of handling modules, installing systems, or compliance
or non-compliance with the instructions set forth in this
manual.
