PART 9 TROUBLE SHOOTING
Note: Before troubleshooting, familiarize yourself with the field startup procedure.
STEP 1 • Turn circulating pump ON.
• Turn gas supply to the appliance ON.
• Turn electric power to the appliance ON.
• Set target to desired temperature and set Diff to 5

F
• Turn high limit to highest setting
STEP 2 Power Lights Turns On Check power supply to heater Check power breaker
Light burnt out, replace
STEP 3 Operation Light Turns On Check for boiler demand No Demand
