Appendix A. CS I/O Port
The CS I/O port is Campbell Scientific's input/output port. It is not a standard
RS-232 pin-out. The following table provides pin-out information on the port
when connected to a datalogger.

it determines that the
NL100/105 raised the ring line
6 Synchronous Device
Enable Input Used by the datalogger to
address the NL100/105 when
the NL100/105 is configured as
a synchronous device
7 Clock/Handshake Input Used by the datalogger with
SDE and TXD lines to address
and transfer data to
synchronous devices
8 12 V (supplied by the
datalogger) Not used by the NL100/105
9 TXD Input Serial data received from the
