Heat pump
control unit
1)
Use a 30 mm hexagonal
wrench to unscrew the plug
on the pocket that has been
fitted for installation of the
flow switch.
2)
Position the flow switch in accordance with the flow direction
indicated on the upper part of the switch, place the seal in
position and tighten the nut until it is watertight. When inserting
inside the pocket, be careful with the flow switch actuation
blade and the direction it is secured in: the blade must be
absolutely perpendicular to the flow direction.
Installation of optional components
A) 315 series flow switch
If the heat pump needs to be connected to a flow switch, this
control device can be installed as shown in the figure.
Wiring diagrams
In a geothermal installation, the flow switch must be connected to
the heat pump control unit, which is usually prefitted for this
connection.
N.B.
Check the current absorbed by the utility that the flow switch
is connected to. If this value is greater than
0,02 A
, a relay
must be installed between the flow switch and the user
device itself to prevent damage to the flow switch contacts.
Heat pump
control unit
1)
Use a 16 mm hexagonal
wrench to unscrew the plug
on the pocket that has been
fitted for connection to the
pressure switch.
2)
Install the pressure
switch,
with
the
cable
fairleads
facing
the
ball
valves.
B) 625 series safety pressure switch
The 625 series safety pressure switch can be installed as shown.
Wiring diagrams
1)
Make the electrical connections.
In a geothermal installation, the minimum pressure safety switch
must be connected to the heat pump control unit, which is usually
prefitted for this connection.
2)
Use a screw driver or pointed
object to press the reset
switch on the pressure switch
and make it ready.
