REFRESH buttons to reset the modem. If the problem persists, contact CalAmp Technical Services for additional
information.

Allows the user to acknowledge and clear errors. Errors remain stored, even after cycling

Diagnostics
to view diagnostic data for the local device. Each Viper can be
configured to continually monitor and report its operating conditions and local environment.

Date and time.
Displays the time and date. To configure date and time using an SNTP server, refer to
Section 4.4.6

Advanced Setup
Time Source. The SNTP server must also be accessible via the user’s LAN or Internet connection.

Time Since Reset.
Displays the amount of time since the unit was last reset. Formatted as Days: Hours: Minutes:
Seconds.
