- The appliance doesn’t

- The motor has turned off.
- Water has entered into
the electrical casing.
- Frothing Coil is not in
place
- Magnetic Whisk Holder is
not in place.
- The appliance needs to ‘cool down’
after repeated use. Do not use
more than twice without leaving it
to cool down.

Possible Solution:
Take the
appliance off the Power Base. Turn
the jug onto the side to dry for 48
hours. Please note: by allowing
water to enter the electrical casing,
you have voided your warranty.
- Check the Magnetic Whisk Holder
has the Frothing Coil around it.
- Check the Magnetic Whisk Holder
is set firmly into the Spindle.

- The plug is not in the
Power Point.
- The Power Button has
not been pressed.
- Thermostat has shut the
appliance off.
- Check the plug is in the power
socket and is turned on.
- Press the Power Button on the
appliance
- If the appliance still doesn’t turn
on, please contact the
Maranatha
Customer Service Line on
02 9846 0307.
- The temperate is set between 62
– 72 ºC, once this temperature
has been reached, the appliance
will turn itself off. It will not heat
the milk to a higher temperature.
