Language
To modify the simulator language, from the Settings window, select the desired language from the
Language drop-down and click Close .
NOTE: Some languages not fully supported.
Patient Name
The patient name, which is determined prior to shipping by the type of mannequin, appears at the top
of the Vimedix screen and on simulator-generated reports. Bob is the default patient name for the male
mannequin and Catherine is the default patient name for the female mannequin. Users can change the
patient name at their discretion and that manually assigned name will remain the same for future use
until it is changed.
NOTE: The patient name as indicated in the Settings window automatically appears on echo reports by
default.
Hospital Name
The hospital name, which is chosen prior to shipment, appears at the top of the VIMEDIX interface and
on simulator-generated reports.
